How long before go-live?

On average our implementation takes 2 to 4 weeks for our starter plan and 4 to 8 weeks for our professional plan.

What's the cost for each Delegate or Course?

Nothing! We never charge per delegate, course or booking like some other providers meaning you scale your training without worrying about additional charges.

What’s Included in Implementation?

Implementation includes system setup and configuration, user training, data import and integrations. Learn more

Do you offer training for users?

Training on the system is included as standard in our implementation ensuring all your staff know how to utilise the system in their job role.

Although, minimal training is usually required as the system was built to be as intuitive and easy to use as possible.

What do I do if I need Support?

Give us a call, email or message – all plans include phone support. We’re always happy to offer assistance and advise on the best way to streamline new processes.

What is the file storage used for?

File storage applies only to uploaded files stored in areas such as delegates or courses. General usage of the system has no affect on this file storage limit.

Additional storage can be purchased for £1/gb/month.

What's the Minimum Contact Length?

Zero months! Both plans are rolling monthly contracts that you can cancel at any time at no cost – it’s our jobs to keep you happy and make sure you’re making the most out of your Dante System.

Can I change the Number of User Licenses?

Yes, user licenses can be increased or decreased at any point as staff or requirements of your training business shift.

How is my Data Hosted?

All systems are cloud based and data is stored within the UK on the Microsoft Azure platform. Our servers are protected by advanced firewall and hosted in line with ISO security accreditations.
