Can I change the number of user licenses?

Yes, user licenses can be increased or decreased month to month as staff or requirements of your training business shift. Simply let us know show your monthly pricing can be adjusted.

What counts as a 'User'?

Anyone who requires a login to the system is considered a user. There are currently six user roles that can be associated with Dante user accounts:

Owner: This is the highest access level user role available, providing full visibility to all areas of the system.

Administrator: This role has access to general and frequent areas of the system including visibility to system “Maintenance”.

User: User-level access is similar to the administrator role type but access will be denied if a user attempts to delete key records.

Read-Only: This license will provide members of your administration full visibility of the training management system, with the exception of not being able to edit or delete anything.

Tutor (Internal & External): Dante provide a dedicated user role for course tutors/trainers. This user role does not count against your overall Dante license count and is therefore “free” and available for “Professional” account customers.

What do I do if I need Support?

Every Dante plan includes UK-based phone and email support with real people who actually know the system inside out. Unlike many competitors who make you navigate multi-tiered support structures or chatbots, you’ll speak directly with knowledgeable support staff who can solve your problems quickly.

There are no premium support tiers or extra fees – comprehensive support is standard on both our Essential and Professional plans. Our team is here to help you make the most of Dante, from initial setup through to advanced customisation.

What is a Training CRM?

A customer relationship management (CRM) platform keeps all of your customer data in one place so you can address their needs, build stronger relationships and maximise revenue from every customer.

Dante comes with a built-in training CRM to help you take care of the most important people to your business, included with both pricing plans.

What's the minimum contract length?

Zero months! Both pricing plans are rolling monthly contracts that you can cancel at any time at no cost – it’s our job to keep you happy and make sure you’re making the most out of your Dante System.

Do you charge a fee per course or delegate?

No. We never charge any fees based on the number of courses, delegates or bookings you manage using our software. On both of our pricing plans, you can manage unlimited courses, delegates, schedules and trainers, as well as access unlimited templates – so you can grow your business without limitations.

Do you offer training for users?

Yes. User training is included in our implementation service as standard, ensuring your team feels confident using the system from the outset. We tailor training sessions to different roles within your organisation, so administrators, coordinators, and other users all receive relevant, practical guidance based on how they will use the platform day to day.

Our team will walk you through key processes, answer any questions, and provide ongoing support to make sure everything runs smoothly. In addition, we’ve continually refined the software to make it as intuitive and user-friendly as possible, meaning most users can quickly become comfortable navigating the system. This combination of structured training and intuitive design helps your team get up to speed quickly and start working more efficiently with minimal disruption.

How is my data hosted?

All systems are cloud based and data is stored within the UK on the Microsoft Azure platform. Our servers are protected by advanced firewall and hosted in line with ISO security accreditations.

How long to launch and start benefiting?

On average, we aim for internal system use after 2 to 4 weeks and final project launch (including integrations) after 6 to 8 weeks.

What is the included in Implementation?

Implementation required for both pricing packages which covers user training, data importing and system configuration.

Professional implementation also includes incorporation of online booking with your website and setup of third-party integrations.
